Here is a soul-stirring song Brightest Light by Uncollected

The song is one of my all-time favorite songs. It keeps me inspired and keeps me believing in my dreams.

I can strongly relate myself to the lyrics. Sometimes you have to question why you have to chase your dreams. Kasabay kasi sa paghabol na yun ay marami kang maiiwang mahal sa buhay, kailangan mong maging selfish, nakakatakot kasi kailangan mong tanggapin lahat ng risks at ang pinakamahirap, mag-isa kang lang na haharap sa mga hamon na yon. Ika nga sa lyrics ng kanta, “…it’s easier to give up your dreams…the world is cruel to the dreamer’s heart”.

But during the time when you tend to doubt yourself and feel that hopelessness, it is also the time where you have to go back to the real purpose of pusuing your dreams. You’ll remember the things that really matters to you, your beliefs, your purpose, your existence, You’ll remember that actions has to be made and that you give a damn about something.

Nobody said its going to be an easy journey. There will be obstacles, risks and sacrifices. All you need have believe in yourself and stay true to your dreams.

In a world where people are fed wih instant gratification, this is not reckless idealism. It’s called FAITH. And what better source to look for the definition of faith than the scriptures itself:

MATTHEW 17:20
He told them, “Because of your lack of faith. I tell you with certainty, if you have faith like a grain of mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move, and nothing will be impossible for you.”
